Alternative
StrengthLog alternative
StrengthLog is a familiar name if you want a log and a pile of training articles in the same brand. TrackYourLift is a log first. The guides on this site exist to help you use the log, not to be a magazine.
Read, then lift
Articles are useful the night before. They are useless between sets if the logger is clumsy. Judge StrengthLog and TrackYourLift on the set screen first, then on whether the writing teaches you something you will still care about in a month.
On this site, the practical guides are plate loading, rest times, PRs, and the program splits. They link back into the app instead of ending on a newsletter box.
Programs you can change
A logged program should survive contact with a busy week. Edit the day, share it, or rebuild it from a video when the article's template does not match your gym. YouTube links and photos are sent to cloud AI. TrackYourLift does not run that model on your iPhone.
Confirm StrengthLog's current premium features on their site. No price is quoted here.
Does TrackYourLift publish a new article every week?
No. The guides are reference pages for logging, programs, and a few comparisons. The product is the app.
