How to perform this exercise

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar and raise your legs to 90 degrees, forming an L-shape.
  2. Keeping your legs together and as straight as possible, rotate them to the right.
  3. Continue to rotate all the way to the left, like a windshield wiper.
  4. Perform 6-10 full rotations for 3 sets.
