How to perform this exercise
- Sit at a seated cable row machine with feet on the platform and knees slightly bent.
- Grip a wide straight bar with an overhand grip, hands wider than shoulder-width.
- Sit upright with back straight, arms fully extended in front of you.
- Pull the bar toward your lower chest by driving your elbows back and out wide.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at peak contraction.
- Slowly extend back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
