How to perform this exercise
- Sit at a lat pulldown machine and adjust the thigh pad to secure your legs.
- Grip the bar with hands wider than shoulder-width, palms facing forward.
- Lean back slightly and pull the bar down to your upper chest.
- Squeeze your lats and shoulder blades together at the bottom.
- Slowly extend your arms back to the starting position and repeat for 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps.
