How to perform this exercise

  1. Lie on your back with both heels on Valslides or furniture sliders.
  2. Bridge your hips up off the floor.
  3. Keeping your hips elevated, slide both heels toward your glutes by bending your knees.
  4. Pause when heels are close to your glutes, squeezing the hamstrings.
  5. Slide your feet back out to the starting position.
  6. Lower hips if needed between reps.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
