How to perform this exercise
- Lie on your back with both heels on Valslides or furniture sliders.
- Bridge your hips up off the floor.
- Keeping your hips elevated, slide both heels toward your glutes by bending your knees.
- Pause when heels are close to your glutes, squeezing the hamstrings.
- Slide your feet back out to the starting position.
- Lower hips if needed between reps.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
