How to perform this exercise
- Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
- Simultaneously raise your legs and torso off the floor, reaching your hands toward your feet.
- Your body should form a V shape at the top.
- Hold briefly then lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
