How to perform this exercise

  1. Lie flat on your back with arms extended overhead and legs straight.
  2. Simultaneously raise your legs and torso off the floor, reaching your hands toward your feet.
  3. Your body should form a V shape at the top.
  4. Hold briefly then lower back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
