How to perform this exercise
- Stand at the universal press machine cable station and attach a straight bar or rope to the high pulley.
- Grip the bar with an overhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Tuck your elbows into your sides and keep them stationary throughout the movement.
- Push the bar down until your arms are fully extended, squeezing your triceps at the bottom.
- Slowly allow the bar to rise back to the starting position, keeping your elbows pinned.
- Perform 3-4 sets of 12-15 repetitions.
