How to perform this exercise
- Sit at the universal press machine dip station and adjust the seat so the handles are at hip level when seated.
- Grip the handles and sit upright with your feet flat on the floor.
- Press down on the handles to extend your elbows, lifting your body slightly off the seat.
- Squeeze your triceps at full extension, keeping your elbows close to your body.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position with control.
- Perform 3-4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
