How to perform this exercise
- Sit at the universal press machine incline press station. The seat back is angled to direct pressing at an upward angle.
- Adjust the seat so the handles are at upper chest level.
- Grip the handles and press upward at the incline angle until arms are nearly extended.
- Focus on squeezing your upper chest at full extension.
- Return the handles to the starting position in a slow, controlled manner.
- Perform 3-4 sets of 10-12 repetitions.
