How to perform this exercise
- Stand or sit at the universal press machine low cable station and attach a straight bar or curl bar.
- Grip the bar with an underhand grip, hands shoulder-width apart.
- Keep your elbows tucked at your sides and stationary throughout the movement.
- Curl the bar upward toward your shoulders by flexing your biceps.
- Squeeze your biceps at the top, then slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.
- Perform 3-4 sets of 12-15 repetitions.
