How to perform this exercise
- Grip a pull-up bar with a wide overhand grip.
- Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
- Shift your weight to one side, moving your chin toward that hand while the opposite arm extends.
- Traverse across to the other side, moving your chin toward the other hand.
- Lower yourself back to the starting position.
- Repeat the traversing movement for each rep.
