How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and bend into a quarter squat.
  2. Jump as high as possible and quickly pull your knees toward your chest at peak height.
  3. Extend your legs to land softly on the balls of your feet.
  4. Immediately repeat for 8-12 reps per set.
