  1. Load a trap bar with light to moderate weight and stand inside it.
  2. Grip the handles and perform a Romanian deadlift hinge to load.
  3. Explosively extend your hips and knees to jump off the floor.
  4. Land softly with bent knees.
  5. Reset and repeat.
