How to perform this exercise

  1. Hang from a pull-up bar with an overhand grip, arms fully extended.
  2. Begin by engaging your core and initiating a slight hollow body swing.
  3. Raise both legs together, keeping them straight, and bring your toes up to touch the bar.
  4. Lower your legs back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
