How to perform this exercise

  1. Begin standing with hands at heart center.
  2. Inhale and sweep arms overhead, then exhale and fold forward.
  3. Step or jump back to a plank and lower through a push-up.
  4. Press into upward facing dog then push back to downward facing dog.
  5. Step or jump forward and rise to standing to complete one round.
