How to perform this exercise

  1. Place a stability ball between your lower back and a wall.
  2. Stand with feet slightly forward and shoulder-width apart.
  3. Bend your knees and lower yourself into a squat, rolling down on the ball.
  4. Lower until thighs are parallel to the floor.
  5. Press through your heels to return to standing.
