How to perform this exercise
- Sit in a leg press machine and place one foot in the center of the platform, hip-width centered.
- Keep the other leg off the platform or resting on the frame.
- Release the safety handles.
- Bend the working knee to lower the platform toward your chest.
- Press through the working heel to extend back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions then switch sides.
