How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand facing a cable machine with the pulley at chest height and grip a single handle.
  2. Step back and hinge slightly forward, extending your arm toward the cable.
  3. Row the handle to your hip, rotating your torso slightly and squeezing your back.
  4. Return to the start for 3 sets of 12-15 reps per arm.
