How to perform this exercise
- Sit in the shoulder press machine and adjust the seat so handles are at shoulder height.
- Grip the handles and press upward until your arms are nearly fully extended.
- Avoid locking out your elbows completely at the top.
- Lower the handles back to shoulder height with control.
- Perform 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps.
