How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit in the shoulder press machine and adjust the seat so handles are at shoulder height.
  2. Grip the handles and press upward until your arms are nearly fully extended.
  3. Avoid locking out your elbows completely at the top.
  4. Lower the handles back to shoulder height with control.
  5. Perform 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps.
