How to perform this exercise
- Sit at a seated cable row machine with feet flat on the platform.
- Grip a wide bar with an overhand grip, hands wider than shoulder-width.
- Pull the bar toward your upper chest/collarbone area, leading with elbows flaring wide.
- Squeeze your upper back and shoulder blades together at peak contraction.
- Slowly return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
