How to perform this exercise
- Sit in the leg press machine and place your feet shoulder-width apart on the platform.
- Release the safety handles and lower the platform by bending your knees to 90 degrees.
- Press the platform away by extending your legs, stopping just short of locking out your knees.
- Lower the weight back down with control.
- Perform 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
