How to perform this exercise
- Sit in the seated calf raise machine and place the pads on your lower thighs just above your knees.
- Position the balls of your feet on the footrest with heels hanging off.
- Release the safety and lower your heels as far as possible.
- Push through the balls of your feet to raise your heels as high as possible.
- Lower with control for 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps.
