How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit at a seated row machine and place your feet on the footrests.
  2. Grip the handle with both hands and sit tall with a slight lean forward.
  3. Pull the handle toward your lower abdomen, driving your elbows behind your body.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the peak contraction.
  5. Extend your arms back to the start with control for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
