How to perform this exercise
- Place a safety squat bar across your shoulders, gripping the front handles.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out.
- Squat down by pushing your knees out and hips back.
- Lower until your thighs are parallel to the floor or below.
- Drive through your heels to press back up to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
