How to perform this exercise

  1. Place a safety squat bar across your shoulders, gripping the front handles.
  2. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out.
  3. Squat down by pushing your knees out and hips back.
  4. Lower until your thighs are parallel to the floor or below.
  5. Drive through your heels to press back up to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
