How to perform this exercise

  2. Grip the handle with both hands.
  3. Start with knees bent and arms extended.
  4. Drive through your legs first, then lean back slightly and pull the handle to your lower chest.
  5. Return to the start by extending your arms, then hinging forward before bending your knees.
