How to perform this exercise
- Set gymnastics rings at a low position so they hang just above the floor.
- Grip each ring and assume a push-up position with arms extended, body straight.
- Lower your chest toward the rings by bending your elbows, allowing the rings to turn naturally.
- Press back up to the starting position.
- Keep your core tight and body rigid throughout to control ring instability.
