How to perform this exercise

  1. Set gymnastics rings at a low position so they hang just above the floor.
  2. Grip each ring and assume a push-up position with arms extended, body straight.
  3. Lower your chest toward the rings by bending your elbows, allowing the rings to turn naturally.
  4. Press back up to the starting position.
  5. Keep your core tight and body rigid throughout to control ring instability.
