How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand on a resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the band at shoulder height with palms facing forward.
  3. Press your hands overhead until arms are fully extended.
  4. Lower with control back to shoulder height.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
