How to perform this exercise
- Anchor a resistance band at head height to a fixed point.
- Loop the band around your forehead or use a head harness.
- Stand facing away from the anchor for neck flexion, or facing toward it for neck extension.
- Perform controlled forward or backward head movements against the band resistance.
- Keep the range of motion controlled and avoid jerking.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions per direction.
