How to perform this exercise

  1. Anchor a resistance band at head height to a fixed point.
  2. Loop the band around your forehead or use a head harness.
  3. Stand facing away from the anchor for neck flexion, or facing toward it for neck extension.
  4. Perform controlled forward or backward head movements against the band resistance.
  5. Keep the range of motion controlled and avoid jerking.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions per direction.
