How to perform this exercise

  1. Anchor a resistance band behind you at shoulder height and hold one end in each hand.
  2. Step forward until you feel tension and stagger your feet for balance.
  3. Press both hands forward until your arms are extended.
  4. Slowly return to the start for 3 sets of 15-20 reps.
