How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand on the middle of a resistance band, holding one end in each hand.
  2. Stand upright with arms at your sides, palms facing forward.
  3. Curl both hands upward toward your shoulders, bending at the elbows.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, squeezing the biceps.
  5. Slowly lower back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
