How to perform this exercise
- Stand on the middle of a resistance band, holding one end in each hand.
- Stand upright with arms at your sides, palms facing forward.
- Curl both hands upward toward your shoulders, bending at the elbows.
- Hold briefly at the top, squeezing the biceps.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
