How to perform this exercise
- Begin in a high plank with hands under shoulders and feet hip-width apart.
- Brace your core to prevent hip rotation.
- Lift your right hand and tap your left shoulder.
- Return the hand to the floor and repeat on the other side.
- Keep your hips as still as possible throughout.
