How to perform this exercise

  1. Begin in a high plank with hands under shoulders and feet hip-width apart.

  3. Lift your right hand and tap your left shoulder.
  4. Return the hand to the floor and repeat on the other side.
  5. Keep your hips as still as possible throughout.
