How to perform this exercise

  1. Load the pendulum squat machine and position yourself with your back against the pad and shoulders under the yoke.
  2. Place your feet on the platform in a shoulder-width stance.
  3. Unlock the machine and lower yourself into a deep squat, keeping your torso upright.
  4. Drive through your heels to press back up to the starting position.
  5. Squeeze your quads at the top.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
