How to perform this exercise
- Load the pendulum squat machine and position yourself with your back against the pad and shoulders under the yoke.
- Place your feet on the platform in a shoulder-width stance.
- Unlock the machine and lower yourself into a deep squat, keeping your torso upright.
- Drive through your heels to press back up to the starting position.
- Squeeze your quads at the top.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
