How to perform this exercise
- Sit facing the back pad of a pec deck machine and adjust the handles to shoulder height.
- Grip both handles with palms facing forward.
- Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, push both handles outward and back in a wide arc.
- Squeeze your rear deltoids and shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
- Slowly return the handles to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
