How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit facing the back pad of a pec deck machine and adjust the handles to shoulder height.
  2. Grip both handles with palms facing forward.
  3. Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, push both handles outward and back in a wide arc.
  4. Squeeze your rear deltoids and shoulder blades together at the end of the movement.
  5. Slowly return the handles to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
