How to perform this exercise
- Sit in the pec deck machine with your back flat against the pad.
- Place your forearms or hands on the pads and let your arms open wide.
- Bring your arms together in front of your chest, squeezing your pecs.
- Hold for a moment at the peak contraction.
- Slowly open your arms back to the starting position for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
