How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit in the pec deck machine with your back flat against the pad.
  2. Place your forearms or hands on the pads and let your arms open wide.
  3. Bring your arms together in front of your chest, squeezing your pecs.
  4. Hold for a moment at the peak contraction.
  5. Slowly open your arms back to the starting position for 3 sets of 12-15 reps.
