How to perform this exercise
- Hold a barbell overhead with a wide snatch grip, arms fully locked out above your head.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Shrug your shoulders upward toward your ears, elevating the bar slightly.
- Hold briefly at the top, squeezing the upper traps.
- Lower your shoulders back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
