How to perform this exercise
- Attach a V-bar or neutral-grip handle to the lat pulldown machine.
- Sit with thighs under the pad and grip the handle with palms facing each other.
- Pull the handle to your upper chest while driving your elbows down toward your hips.
- Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom.
- Extend your arms overhead with control for 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps.
