How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart holding a medicine ball.
  2. Raise the ball overhead, fully extending your body and going onto your toes.
  3. Slam the ball into the floor as hard as possible, hinging at your hips.
  4. Catch the ball on the bounce or pick it up and repeat for 10-15 reps.
