How to Do Meadows Row — Form, Muscles & Tips

How to perform this exercise
- Load one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or secure it in a corner.
- Stand perpendicular to the bar end, feet staggered with the working side foot back.
- Hinge at the hips so your torso is roughly parallel to the floor.
- Grip the very end of the barbell sleeve with the hand on the working side, palm facing your body.
- Row the bar up toward your hip, driving the elbow up and back.
- Hold briefly at the top, squeezing the lat.
- Lower back to a full arm extension.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions then switch sides.
