How to perform this exercise

  1. Load one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or secure it in a corner.
  2. Stand perpendicular to the bar end, feet staggered with the working side foot back.
  3. Hinge at the hips so your torso is roughly parallel to the floor.
  4. Grip the very end of the barbell sleeve with the hand on the working side, palm facing your body.
  5. Row the bar up toward your hip, driving the elbow up and back.
  6. Hold briefly at the top, squeezing the lat.
  7. Lower back to a full arm extension.
  8. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions then switch sides.
