How to perform this exercise

  1. Lie face down on the leg curl machine and position the pad just above your ankles.

  3. Curl your legs upward, bringing your heels toward your glutes.
  4. Squeeze your hamstrings at the top of the movement.
  5. Lower slowly to full extension for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
