How to perform this exercise
- Set both cable pulleys to the lowest position and attach single-handle attachments.
- Stand in the center, grip one handle in each hand with palms facing up.
- Step forward slightly into a staggered stance for stability.
- With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your hands upward and together in an arc, meeting in front of your upper chest.
- Squeeze your chest at the top of the movement.
- Slowly lower your hands back down to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
