How to perform this exercise

  1. Set both cable pulleys to the lowest position and attach single-handle attachments.
  2. Stand in the center, grip one handle in each hand with palms facing up.
  3. Step forward slightly into a staggered stance for stability.
  4. With a slight bend in your elbows, bring your hands upward and together in an arc, meeting in front of your upper chest.
  5. Squeeze your chest at the top of the movement.
  6. Slowly lower your hands back down to the starting position.
  7. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
