How to perform this exercise

  1. Set two cable pulleys to the lowest position on adjacent cable stacks.
  2. Stand between the stacks and grip the left cable with your right hand and the right cable with your left hand, crossing them in front of you.
  3. Stand upright with arms slightly below shoulder height.
  4. Pull both handles outward and back in a wide arc, squeezing the rear deltoids.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
