How to perform this exercise
- Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
- Extend both arms straight overhead, close to your ears.
- Keeping arms extended, curl your shoulders and upper back off the floor.
- Hold briefly at the top, squeezing your abs.
- Slowly lower back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
