How to perform this exercise

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Extend both arms straight overhead, close to your ears.
  3. Keeping arms extended, curl your shoulders and upper back off the floor.
  4. Hold briefly at the top, squeezing your abs.
  5. Slowly lower back to the starting position.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
