How to perform this exercise
- Stand in front of a loaded log implement on the ground.
- Clean the log to your chest using a deadlift-clean motion.
- Once the log is at your chest, dip slightly and press it overhead explosively.
- Lock out overhead with straight arms.
- Lower back to chest level and repeat.
