How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand in front of a loaded log implement on the ground.
  2. Clean the log to your chest using a deadlift-clean motion.
  3. Once the log is at your chest, dip slightly and press it overhead explosively.
  4. Lock out overhead with straight arms.
  5. Lower back to chest level and repeat.
