How to perform this exercise

  1. Begin in a low lunge with your right foot forward.
  2. Place your right foot on the outside of your right hand.
  3. Lower your back knee to the floor.
  4. Walk your right foot slightly to the right and sink your hips toward the floor.
  5. Hold the deep stretch, then switch sides.
