How to perform this exercise

  1. Grip the rope and hang with legs extended straight out in front of you or crossed.
  2. Pull yourself upward using only arm and back strength, alternating hand-over-hand.
  3. Maintain controlled movement without using your legs for assistance.
  4. Descend carefully and perform 1-3 climbs per set.
