How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit in the leg extension machine with your back against the pad and shins behind the roller.
  2. Adjust the roller to rest just above your ankles.
  3. Grip the handles and extend your legs fully until straight.
  4. Squeeze your quadriceps hard at the top.
  5. Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
