How to perform this exercise
- Sit in the leg extension machine with your back against the pad and shins behind the roller.
- Adjust the roller to rest just above your ankles.
- Grip the handles and extend your legs fully until straight.
- Squeeze your quadriceps hard at the top.
- Slowly lower your legs back to the starting position for 3-4 sets of 10-15 reps.
