How to perform this exercise

  1. Sit or stand upright.
  2. Tilt your right ear toward your right shoulder.
  3. Optionally place your right hand on the left side of your head for gentle overpressure.
  4. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds.
  5. Return to neutral and repeat on the other side.
