How to perform this exercise

  1. Stand with feet together and take a wide step to the right side.
  2. Bend your right knee and sit your hips back, keeping your left leg straight.
  3. Maintain a flat back and keep the bent knee behind your toes.
  4. Push back to the center and repeat on the other side for 10-12 reps per leg.
