How to perform this exercise
- Place a resistance band just above your knees or around your ankles.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, slight squat position with knees bent.
- Step one foot out to the side against the band resistance.
- Follow with the other foot, maintaining the tension in the band.
- Walk a set number of steps in one direction then return.
- Keep your hips level and core braced throughout.
