How to perform this exercise
- Secure one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or corner of a wall.
- Stand facing the barbell end, gripping it with both hands at chest height.
- Feet should be shoulder-width apart with a slight bend in the knees.
- Press the barbell forward and upward in an arc until your arms are nearly fully extended.
- Slowly lower the barbell back to chest height in a controlled arc.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
