How to perform this exercise

  1. Secure one end of a barbell into a landmine attachment or corner of a wall.
  2. Stand facing the barbell end, gripping it with both hands at chest height.
  3. Feet should be shoulder-width apart with a slight bend in the knees.
  4. Press the barbell forward and upward in an arc until your arms are nearly fully extended.
  5. Slowly lower the barbell back to chest height in a controlled arc.
  6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
